College of Nursing, National Orthopaedic Hospital ND & HND Nursing Form 2025/2026 Session

The College of Nursing Sciences, National Orthopaedic Hospital Igbobi, Lagos is inviting applications from suitably qualified candidates for admission into its 4-year Full time National Diploma (ND) – Higher National Diploma (HND) Non Terminal Programme in Nursing for this session.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for admission, candidates must:

Candidates with a minimum score of 150 in JAMB UTME can apply for Post UTME Screening Exercise.

The screening exercise is scheduled to hold as follows:

  • Venue: FECOT Lecture Theatre, National Orthopaedic Compound, Igbobi – Lagos.
  • Time: 10:00 am prompt.

Each candidate must pay Two Thousand Naira (₦‎2,000) only as POST-UTME SCREENING FEE into the College account via the Remita platform.

Application Process

Applications can be made online or by post. The online application form can be found on the College’s website: www.nohlagos.gov.ng. The hard copy of the application form can be obtained from the College’s office.

The application form should be completed and submitted along with the following documents:

  • Two (2) recent passport photographs.
  • Original SSCE/NECO/GCE O’Level or equivalent certificates.
  • UTME printout and result slip.
  • Change of Course/Institution Slip (If applicable)
  • Certificate of State of Origin.
  • Certificate of Birth/Affidavit.

The application fee is N2,000.00. This can be paid online or by bank transfer.

Post UTME Screening

All shortlisted candidates will be required to participate in a post UTME screening exercise. The date, time, and venue of the screening exercise will be announced on the College’s website.

Duration of Programme

The ND programme is a three-year programme. The HND programme is a two-year programme.
